We store transaction information on secure computers. Only a small number of employees involved in the management of the data center have physical access to these computers. Where possible, we encrypt information stored on our computers as a further measure of protection.

Access to Information by Our Employees

In general, our employees who do have access to our databases can only retrieve information about particular individual transactions and not about individual consumers.

Our customer service representatives have access to some transaction information in order to respond to questions from our customers. We limit that access to the minimum information they require to be able to provide prompt, high quality service. For example they do not generally have access to complete credit card numbers.
