Dreamscape Outdoor Living Return Policy:

Purchases made within 15 days are eligible for return for unopened boxes. Customer must pay originating and returning freight costs. All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

Exchanges:

For even product exchanges, we will waive the 20% restocking fee, but the sender must arrange and absorb the return freight and will be charged for the freight cost on the reshipment.
